First time visiting a dispensary? Here's everything you need before you walk in or order online.
Do I need a medical card to shop at NY Cannabis Co.?
No. Both of our shops are licensed adult-use (recreational) dispensaries. Any adult 21 or older with a valid government-issued photo ID can shop — no medical card or New York residency required.
What ID do you accept?
Any valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID that shows your date of birth: a driver's license, state ID card, passport or passport card. Visitors from other states and countries are welcome.
Can I order online?
Yes. Browse the live menu for 9th Avenue or 5th Avenue, add to your cart and check out for in-store or curbside pickup. Your order is usually ready within minutes, and you pay when you pick up.
What payment methods do you take?
Cash, debit cards and Pay by Bank. Both locations have an ATM on site.
What are your hours?
Both shops are open every day from 9:00 AM until 2:00 AM — one of the latest-open licensed dispensaries in Manhattan.
Where are you located?
Our original shop is at 743 9th Avenue in Hell's Kitchen, between West 50th and 51st. Our Fifth Avenue shop is at 381 5th Avenue in Midtown, between East 35th and 36th, steps from the Empire State Building.
Are your products tested?
Every product we sell is from a New York State licensed processor and has been lab-tested for purity and potency, as required by the Office of Cannabis Management. Ask your budtender for the certificate of analysis on any item.
How much cannabis can I buy?
New York State allows adults 21+ to purchase and possess up to three ounces of cannabis flower and up to 24 grams of concentrate at a time.
Can I consume in the store?
No — consumption is not permitted inside or in front of the shops. Please enjoy responsibly, never drive under the influence, and follow New York State and City rules about where you can consume.
What is The Reserve?
The Reserve is our free members' club. Earn one point for every dollar you spend and redeem points for money off — $2 at 100 points, all the way up to $50 at 1,000 points. Ask at the register to join.
